As the leCupboard team joined PARISOMA this year, we've been fortunate enough to have our very own Cupboard vending machine in our space, so we know first hand (YUM!). However, nothing beats the drive of an entrepreneur with a well design solution to a global issue.
Their business model is simple, disrupt the health industry by offering healthy, fast meals in urban environments, workplaces, and amusement parks. As we all know, Silicon Valley is subject to workaholics, late nights, and 9-9s but leCuboard is breaking the mold on the “let’s grab something quick” (which usually means unhealthy) and providing an out of the box solution.
Their vending machine are strategically placed to systematically redesign the convenience of “fast food.” Replenished daily from their location in Noe valley, each meal is sourced with good grains nuts and seeds that come from some of the most nutritious soils in the world.
